Target Information
Leucine-rich repeat FLI-I interacting protein 1 (LRRFIP1/FLAP-1)는 MyD88와 상호작용하는 신호 단백질로, TLR 신호전달의 유도 또는 억제를 매개합니다. Flap-1은 β-catenin과 직접 결합하여 β-catenin 의존적 전사 활성화를 유도합니다. 또한 TNF- -308 프로모터 다형성 부위에 결합하여 TNF- 생성 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다. FLAP-1은 LRRFIP2 및 FLIIH와 함께 감염 후 염증 반응 조절에 균형을 이루며, TLR 매개 염증성 및 자가면역 질환 제어의 새로운 타겟으로 작용할 수 있습니다.
