PSCA (Prostate Stem Cell Antigen)
PSCA는 세포 표면 항원으로, 약 40%의 원발성 전립선암과 최대 100%의 전이성 전립선암에서 과발현됩니다. 또한 방광암 및 췌장암에서도 높은 발현을 보입니다.
PSCA에 대한 항체는 종양 발생을 억제하고, 종양 성장 속도를 늦추며, 생존 기간을 연장시키고 전이를 방지하는 것으로 보고되었습니다. 따라서 PSCA는 전립선암의 예후 마커 및 치료 표적으로 활용될 수 있습니다.
