Target Information
PLCH2는 phosphoinositide-specific phospholipase C (PLC) superfamily에 속하는 PLC-eta family의 구성원으로, PtdIns(4,5)P2를 절단하여 이노시톨 1,4,5-트리스포스페이트 및 디아실글리세롤과 같은 세포 내 2차 신호전달물질을 생성합니다 (Zhou et al., 2005 [PubMed 16107206]).
