The antibody detects endogenous levels of total CDC42EP3 / BORG2 protein.
Target Information
CDC42, a small Rho GTPase, regulates the formation of F-actin-containing structures through its interaction with downstream effector proteins. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Borg family of CDC42 effector proteins, which contain a CRIB (Cdc42/Rac interactive-binding) domain. These proteins bind to and negatively regulate CDC42. CDC42EP3 can interact with CDC42 and ARHQ/TC10, and its expression in fibroblasts induces pseudopodia formation.
