Mouse IgG2a는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 G 항체의 아형으로, 혈청 내 두 번째로 풍부한 IgG 아형입니다. 이 항체는 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되며, 옵소닌화(opsonization), 보체 활성화(complement activation), 항체 의존성 세포독성(ADCC)에 관여합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 등 면역 반응 조절에도 중요한 역할을 합니다.
