Target Information
Mouse IgG2a는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에 의해 생성되는 면역글로불린 G 항체의 아형으로, 혈청 내 두 번째로 풍부한 IgG 서브타입입니다.
이 항체는 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 옵소닌화(opsonization), 보체 활성화(complement activation), 항체 의존성 세포 매개 세포독성(ADCC)에 관여합니다.
또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 조절에도 관여하며, ELISA, Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry 등 다양한 연구 및 진단 응용 분야에서 널리 사용됩니다.
