Target Information
14-3-3 단백질은 진핵세포에서 풍부하게 발현되는 고도로 보존된 호모 및 헤테로다이머 단백질군으로, 신호전달 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
이들은 세린 인산화된 단백질과 결합하여 세포 주기 진입(Cdc25C 상호작용) 및 세포사멸 억제(Bad 상호작용)를 조절합니다.
또한 protein kinase C, Cbl, IRS-1, polyoma middle-T antigen, nitrate reductase, S-raf, IGF-1 receptor 등과 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
14-3-3 단백질의 뇌척수액 내 검출은 크로이츠펠트-야콥병 및 기타 프리온 질환의 감별 진단에 유용한 것으로 보고되었습니다.
