Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution:
Reconstitute with 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double-distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Mcur1 encodes a protein that is a key regulator of the mitochondrial calcium uniporter (MCU), required for calcium entry into mitochondria.
It plays a direct role in uniporter-mediated calcium uptake via direct interaction with MCU and may be involved in assembly of membrane components of the uniporter complex.
