Target Information
RABL3 is predicted to enable GTP binding and GTPase activity, as well as protein homodimerization. It is involved in the regulation of Ras protein signal transduction and protein lipidation, and is predicted to function within the endomembrane system. RABL3 has been implicated in pancreatic cancer.
