이 항체는 서열 상동성에 따라 소, 개, 침팬지, 비인간 영장류, 토끼, 양, 돼지에서도 반응할 것으로 예측됩니다.
비환원 조건에서 약 150 kDa의 밴드로 나타나며, 환원 시 약 25 kDa의 경쇄와 50 kDa의 중쇄 밴드를 생성합니다.
재조합 토끼 모노클로날 항체는 면역 반응성 토끼로부터 얻은 항체 DNA 서열을 클로닝하여 in vitro 발현 시스템을 통해 생산됩니다.
