Target Information
MINA는 핵에 위치한 myc-inducible 단백질로, 포유류 세포 증식에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
MINA를 siRNA로 억제하면 대장암 세포주(SW680) 등의 성장 억제가 관찰되어 잠재적 치료 타깃으로 연구되고 있습니다.
