Target Information
TEC is a non-receptor protein-tyrosine kinase containing a pleckstrin homology domain and is highly expressed in many hematopoietic cell lines. It plays a key role in the regulation of immune functions and is an integral component of T cell signaling and activation. This gene may be associated with myelodysplastic syndrome.
