Target Information
EPS15 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in cell growth regulation and mitogenic signal control. Phosphorylation on Tyrosine 849 upon DNA damage is linked to EGFR internalization. Chromosomal aberrations involving EPS15 have been observed in acute leukemias, leading to aberrant activator proteins.
