This antibody detects endogenous protein at a molecular weight of approximately 69 kDa.

Target Information
The IQCB1 gene is located within the human major histocompatibility complex class III region. It encodes a nuclear protein cleaved by caspase 3 and involved in apoptosis regulation. The protein interacts with E1A binding protein p300 and is required for p53 acetylation in response to DNA damage. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
