Target Information

Chromogranin A (CHGA)는 신경내분비 분비 단백질 패밀리인 chromogranin/secretogranin 계열에 속합니다.
이 단백질은 신경세포 및 내분비 세포의 분비 소포 내에 존재하며, vasostatin, pancreastatin, parastatin의 전구체로 작용합니다.
이 펩타이드들은 신경내분비 시스템의 자가 또는 국소 음성 조절자로 기능합니다.
CHGA는 carcinoid 종양, pheochromocytoma, paraganglioma 및 기타 신경내분비 종양의 우수한 마커로 알려져 있습니다.
또한 neuron specific enolase (NSE)와의 공발현이 신경내분비 종양에서 흔히 관찰됩니다.
