Target Information
MINK1는 germinal center kinase (GCK) 계열에 속하는 serine/threonine kinase로, NIK 관련 kinase와 구조적으로 유사합니다. 이 단백질은 GCK 계열 내에서 NIK 관련 kinase의 독립된 서브패밀리에 속할 가능성이 있습니다. 생쥐 상동체 연구에서는 출생 후 뇌 발달 과정에서 발현이 증가하며, cJun N-terminal kinase (JNK) 및 p38 경로의 활성화와 관련이 있음이 보고되었습니다.
