Target Information
TRIB3 (also known as TRB-3, SINK, SKIP3) is a member of the Tribbles family, known to regulate MAPK activity. Overexpression of TRIB3 inhibits NF-kB-dependent transcription induced by TNF stimulation or downstream signaling proteins, without affecting NF-kB nuclear translocation or DNA binding. TRIB3 is overexpressed in multiple human tumors and regulated by hypoxia.
