Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 실온에서 동결건조된 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 합니다. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일 보관 가능하며, 장기 보관 시에는 소량으로 분주하여 -20°C에 보관하십시오. 반복적인 동결과 해동을 피하고, 사용 전 모든 항체 용액을 원심분리(10000 x g, 5분)하십시오.
