Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.

Target Information
RND1 lacks intrinsic GTPase activity, binds GTP constitutively, and has low affinity for GDP.
It regulates actin cytoskeleton rearrangement and induces Rac-dependent neuritic process formation by disrupting cortical actin filaments.
Overexpression causes multiple neuritic processes from the cell body with cortical actin filament disruption.
