NMD3 단백질 서열에는 알려진 기능적 모티프가 존재하지 않지만, NMD3 상동체들은 Cx2C 반복을 포함하는 아미노 말단 도메인을 가지고 있어, 핵산 결합 또는 단백질 올리고머화에 관여하는 것으로 추정됩니다.
