Anti-Human MIG (CXCL9)-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by antigen affinity chromatography.
Target Information
MIG, also known as CXCL9, is a T-cell chemoattractant inducible by gamma interferon and a member of the CXC chemokine family. This gene is mapped to chromosome 4q21. Chemokines primarily act as chemotactic factors but also influence T-cell activation, angiogenesis, and HIV infection. Unlike most CXC chemokines that attract neutrophils, MIG and INP10 are chemotactic for lymphocytes and inactive in neutrophils.
