Target Information
PHPT1 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) 계열에 속합니다. PTP는 세포 성장, 분화, 유사분열 주기, 종양성 변환 등 다양한 세포 신호 조절 과정에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 C-말단 PTP 도메인과 N-말단 band 4.1 초계열 단백질과 유사한 도메인을 포함합니다. 세포 주기 조절자인 P97은 이 PTP의 기질로 알려져 있으며, 14-3-3 beta 어댑터 단백질과 상호작용하여 조절됩니다. 여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱된 전사체 변형이 보고되어 있습니다.
