Target Information
Polymeric IgA 및 IgM은 점막 하층의 B 세포에서 생성되어 분비됩니다. Polymeric immunoglobulin receptor(pIgR)는 분비성 IgA 및 IgM의 세포 간 수송을 매개하며, 분비 과정 중 단백질 절단을 통해 secretory component(SC)를 생성합니다. SC와 결합된 Ig polymer는 효소적 분해로부터 보호되어 점막 면역에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Human SC(pIgR) 유전자는 chromosome 1q31–q41에 위치하며, 764개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질을 암호화합니다.
