Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IGSF4B is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rh IGSF4D is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
CADM4 is involved in cell-cell adhesion and exhibits calcium- and magnesium-independent adhesion activity. It may function as a tumor suppressor.
