Target Information
SHISA4는 FGF 및 WNT 신호의 개별적 감소를 통해 presomitic mesoderm 세포의 성숙에 중요한 역할을 합니다. Shisa 단백질 패밀리는 N-말단의 cysteine-rich 도메인과 C-말단의 proline-rich 영역을 특징으로 합니다. Xenopus Shisa는 Wnt 및 FGF 신호를 억제하여 두부 발달을 촉진합니다. Shisa는 미성숙 형태의 Wnt 수용체 Frizzled 및 FGF 수용체와 ER 내에서 상호작용하여 이들의 성숙 및 세포 표면 이동을 억제합니다. Shisa 기능 상실은 neuroectoderm을 Wnt 신호에 민감하게 만들어 gastrulation 동안 두부 형성을 억제합니다.
