Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Cystatin A (STF1, STFA, stefin A, cystatin AS) and Cystatin B (PME, CST6, STFB, CPI-B, stefin B, liver thiol proteinase inhibitor) are thiol protease inhibitors that form complexes with Papain and cathepsins B, H, and L.
Cystatin A is a cytoplasmic protein involved in epidermal development and maintenance.
Cystatin B protects against intracellular proteases leaking from lysosomes and is primarily expressed in heart, liver, and kidney.
