For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Cystatin A (also known as STF1, STFA, stefin A, or cystatin AS) and Cystatin B (also known as PME, CST6, STFB, CPI-B, stefin B, or liver thiol proteinase inhibitor) are thiol protease inhibitors that form complexes with Papain and cathepsins B, H, and L.
Cystatin A, a cytoplasmic protein, is a precursor of the cornified cell envelope in keratinocytes and plays a role in epidermal development and maintenance.
Cystatin B protects against intracellular proteases leaking from lysosomes and is primarily expressed in heart, liver, and kidney.
