Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

PDLIM5 may play an important role in heart development by scaffolding PKC to the Z-disk region and regulating cardiomyocyte expansion.
Overexpression promotes heart hypertrophy and contributes to dendritic spine morphogenesis in neurons.
May restrain postsynaptic growth of excitatory synapses.
