For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin) is a Type I transmembrane protein highly expressed on human vascular endothelial cells. It forms an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer. Upregulation of endoglin expression has been observed in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, indicating its role as a proliferation-associated endothelial marker.
CD105 binds to TGF beta 1 and 3 with high affinity, but not to TGF beta 2.
