Target Information
THRAP3는 955개의 아미노산으로 구성된 핵 수용체 관련 단백질로, LISH 도메인을 포함하며 명확한 서열 모티프는 없습니다.
이 단백질은 150 kDa 크기의 TRAP 복합체의 하위 단위로, 핵소체 내 섬유 중심과 치밀 섬유 성분의 구조 유지에 중요합니다.
또한 전사 공동활성화에 중요한 역할을 하며, DKC1, nop5/nap65, fibrillarin과 상호작용합니다.
Northern blot 분석 결과, TRAP150은 다양한 인간 조직에서 보편적으로 발현되는 것으로 확인되었습니다.
