Target Information
This gene encodes a phosphorylated protein that is a member of a Skp1-Cullin-F-box-like complex. The protein is essential for normal vascular development, and mutations in this gene are associated with glomuvenous malformations (glomangiomas). Alternatively spliced variants exist, but only one full-length isoform has been characterized.
