Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies는 rabbit immunoglobulins에 대한 높은 특이성을 가진 친화정제 항체입니다. 검출, 분류 및 정제 과정에서 사용되며, 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)에 적용 가능합니다. 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 향상시킵니다. 일반적으로 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 면역화한 후 추가 정제 및 표지 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 제조됩니다.
