Qdot™ 나노결정은 반도체 소재로 구성되어 매우 밝고 광퇴색에 강한 형광 입자를 생성합니다. 적절한 광학 필터와 함께 사용할 경우 기존 유기 염료보다 최대 50배 더 밝은 신호를 제공합니다.

Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies는 rabbit immunoglobulins에 대한 높은 특이성을 가진 친화정제 항체입니다. 검출, 분류 및 정제 과정에서 사용되며, 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)에 적용 가능합니다. 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 향상시킵니다. 일반적으로 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 면역화한 후 추가 정제 및 표지 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 제조됩니다.
