Qdot 나노결정은 반도체 물질로 구성되어 매우 밝고 광퇴색되지 않는 형광 입자를 생성합니다. 적절한 광학 필터와 함께 사용할 경우, 전통적인 유기 염료보다 최대 50배 더 밝은 형광을 제공합니다.
Target Information
Anti-Rabbit 2차 항체는 토끼 면역글로불린에 특이적으로 반응하도록 정제된 항체로, 표적 단백질의 검출, 분리, 정제에 유용합니다. HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 함께 사용할 수 있으며, 여러 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 감도를 제공합니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 목표 종의 면역글로불린 혼합물로 숙주 동물을 면역시켜 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절단, 표지 결합 등의 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 갖도록 추가 정제 및 변형됩니다.
