This peptide corresponds to 18 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human STEAP1.
PEP-0520 can be used as a blocking peptide with polyclonal antibody PA5-20403.
Target Information
STEAP1 is predominantly expressed in prostate tissue and is upregulated in multiple cancer cell lines. The gene product is predicted to be a six-transmembrane protein and functions as a cell surface antigen expressed at cell-cell junctions.
