Target Information
UACA 단백질은 APAF1 발현을 조절하며, 스트레스 유도 세포사멸(apoptosis) 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Apoptosome 상향 조절, LGALS3/galectin-3 하향 조절, NF-kappa-B 비활성화를 통해 세포사멸을 촉진합니다.
또한, 세포사멸 스트레스 후 APAF1의 핵 내 재분포를 조절하고 NFKB1 억제를 통해 LGALS3 발현을 감소시킵니다.
