Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach ~1 mg/mL final concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Differentiated embryo-chondrocyte expressed gene 1 (DEC1, also known as BHLHE40) is involved in embryonic cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis.
It is regulated by hypoxia, and loss of DEC1 expression may be an early event in lung cancer development.
Under hypoxic conditions, DEC1 may be upregulated and contribute to cell death mechanisms.
