• Specificity: Specific to the NS1 protein.
  Does not cross-react with TBE virus, WNV, or JEV.
• Purified preparations consist of >90% pure mouse monoclonal antibody purified from ascites fluid by Protein A chromatography.
• Final formulation: 100 µg/mL in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.2) containing 0.1% sodium azide.
• Each vial contains 1.0 mL.
• No stabilizing proteins included. Store at 4°C until use.
• Working dilution to be determined by user. Suggested starting ranges:
  • ICC/IF: 1:10–1:50
  • ELISA: 1:20–1:200

Yellow fever virus is the pathogenic agent of the mosquito-borne Yellow fever disease.
A member of the Flavivirus family, the virus is enveloped and contains an RNA genome.
It causes disease by replicating in lymph nodes and infecting dendritic cells and hepatocytes.
