Target Information

HLA-DRA는 HLA class II α chain paralogue 중 하나로, α 및 β 사슬이 막에 고정된 이합체 형태로 존재합니다. 외부 단백질 유래 펩타이드를 제시함으로써 면역계에서 중심적인 역할을 수행합니다. Class II 분자는 항원제시세포(APC: B 림프구, 수지상세포, 대식세포)에서 발현됩니다. α 사슬은 약 33–35 kDa이며, 5개의 엑손으로 구성되어 있습니다.
DRA는 펩타이드 결합 부위에서 다형성이 없으며 DRB1, DRB3, DRB4, DRB5의 유일한 α 사슬로 작용합니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 면역펩티도믹스(Immunopeptidomics) 연구에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피 및 질량분석법을 통해 신항원(neoantigen)의 식별과 특성 분석을 가능하게 합니다.
