Target Information
ADRBK2, or adrenergic beta receptor kinase 2, is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates receptor function. The ADRBK2 enzyme (also known as GRK3) shares 85% amino acid similarity with ADRBK1, with the catalytic domain exhibiting 95% similarity. ADRBK2 mRNA is approximately 8 kilobases and shows a distribution pattern similar to ADRBK1, suggesting a family of receptor kinases that broadly regulate receptor activity.
