Target Information
ADAM9는 ADAM(a disintegrin and metalloprotease domain) 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 세포 간 및 세포-기질 상호작용에 관여하는 막 결합 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 SH3 도메인을 포함하는 단백질과 상호작용하며, mitotic arrest deficient 2 beta 단백질과 결합하고, TPA에 의해 유도되는 막 결합 heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor의 ectodomain shedding에도 관여합니다.
