Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
- For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.

Anti-N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase antibody is an IgG fraction purified from monospecific antiserum via a multi-step process including delipidation, salt fractionation, and ion-exchange chromatography, followed by extensive dialysis.
Immunoelectrophoresis shows a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum and purified N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase (Pseudomonas).
Cross-reactivity with other sources is unknown.
Target Information
N-acylmannosamine 1-dehydrogenase acts on acetyl-D-mannosamine and glycolyl-D-mannosamine.
NAM-DH may be applicable for quantitative determination of sialic acid in serum.
