Target Information
BRD7는 공동활성인자(coactivator)와 공동억제인자(corepressor)로 모두 작용합니다. 예를 들어, DVL1 의존적 방식으로 GSK3B의 인산전이효소 활성을 음성 조절하여 Wnt 신호경로를 활성화합니다. 또한, 종양유전자 활성화에 대한 반응으로 TP53 매개 세포주기 정지를 위해 필요합니다. BRD7은 TP53의 Lys-382에서 아세틸화를 촉진하여 TP53이 표적 프로모터에 효율적으로 결합하도록 하며, G1에서 S기로의 세포주기 진행을 억제합니다.
