Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

CTH 유전자는 메티오닌으로부터 유래한 시스타티오닌을 시스테인으로 전환하는 트랜스설퓨레이션 경로의 세포질 효소를 암호화합니다. 간에서의 글루타티온 합성은 시스테인의 가용성에 의존합니다.
이 유전자의 돌연변이는 시스타티오닌뇨증을 유발하며, 대체 스플라이싱으로 서로 다른 두 가지 아이소폼을 생성합니다.
