Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
UBL4A is a component of the BAT3 complex, which is involved in the post-translational delivery of tail-anchored (TA) membrane proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
UBL4A assists in capturing newly synthesized TA proteins and transferring them to ASNA1/TRC40 for proper targeting to the ER membrane.
