Product Specific Information

The A7R34 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD127, the high affinity alpha subunit of the mouse IL-7 receptor.
CD127 is expressed by immature B cells in bone marrow, single-positive thymocytes (CD4+ or CD8+), but not double-positive thymocytes. Mature T cells express CD127 at low levels.

A7R34 inhibits IL-7 binding to its receptor and is widely used in in vivo and in vitro studies of IL-7 function in T and B cell development and activation.
Binding of A7R34 blocks SB/199 antibody binding to mouse CD127.

Each product includes:

Applications Tested: Mouse thymocytes and splenocytes
Recommended use ≤ 1.0 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
Careful titration is recommended for optimal assay performance.

Compatibility Notice:
NovaFluor dyes are not compatible with DNA intercalating viability dyes (e.g., propidium iodide, 7-AAD, DAPI).
Use Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains for NovaFluor dyes.

CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01) must be used for optimal staining.
Add 5 µL per sample before combining with cells.
For single-color controls: add 5 µL per 100 µL of cell sample (10³–10⁸ cells).

NovaFluor conjugates utilize Phiton™ technology, providing engineered fluorescent signatures optimized for minimal spillover and spread.
