Target Information
A-Myb는 생식 조직, 일부 신경 세포, 정상 및 신생 B 림프구의 특정 시점에서 발현됩니다.
A-Myb와 B-Myb는 t(14:18) 림프종 세포에서 발현되어 세포 정지와 아포토시스 신호를 억제합니다.
B-Myb는 p53에 의해 유도된 G1 단계의 세포 정지를 p21 매개 경로를 통해 억제하며,
A-Myb는 bcl-2 프로모터를 활성화하여 Bcl-2 발현을 증가시킴으로써 항아포토시스 인자로 작용합니다.
