이 염소 유래 항-마우스 IgG1 2차 항체는 교차흡착(cross-adsorbed) 과정을 거쳐 비특이적 반응을 최소화하였습니다. Mouse IgM, IgA, 인체 혈청 단백질 및 다른 마우스 IgG 아형에 대한 교차반응을 제거하여 높은 특이성과 낮은 배경 신호를 제공합니다. 이러한 정제 과정은 다중 염색 실험(예: flow cytometry, fluorescence staining)에서 신호 간섭을 줄이는 데 유용합니다.
Alexa Fluor 594 특징:
- 밝은 적색 형광을 가지며 594 nm 레이저에 최적화
- 넓은 pH 범위에서 안정적인 신호 유지
