Target Information
Janus kinase 1 (JAK1)는 interferon-alpha/beta 및 -gamma 신호 전달 경로에 관여하는 protein tyrosine kinase입니다. Interferon 및 cytokine 자극은 Stat 전사인자를 cytokine receptor-associated JAK1로 모집하며, JAK1은 인접한 Stat 인자를 인산화시켜 이들이 이합체를 형성하고 핵으로 이동하여 표적 유전자의 전사를 조절합니다. 리간드 결합 시 JAK1은 티로신 인산화 및 촉매 활성화를 겪으며, 1022 및 1023 위치의 티로신 잔기 인산화가 촉매 활성화에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
