This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).

Target Information

Semaphorins act as neuronal chemorepellents guiding neurons during nervous system development.
CD100 (Semaphorin 4D):

• 150 kDa homodimer that induces B cell aggregation and enhances viability in vitro
• Modulates CD40–CD40L B cell signaling, increasing aggregation and survival while downregulating CD23 expression
• CD72 serves as a receptor for CD100, regulating B cell signaling
• Expressed on resting and PHA-stimulated T cells
• Weakly expressed on NK cells, EBV-transformed B cells, monocytes, and certain tumor/peripheral blood T cell lines
• Highly expressed on activated T and B cells
