Description:
The 28-14-8 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse MHC class I, H-2D^b, and cross-reacts with H-2L^d, H-2D^q, and/or H-2L^q. Binding to the alpha 3 domain of H-2L^d is independent of beta2-microglobulin.

Applications Reported:
Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Use ≤0.5 µg per test (defined as the amount for 100 µL final volume). Cell number: 10^5–10^8 cells/test. Optimize titration for best performance.
